Here comes my new batch of beautifully soft and scrumptous hand painted Bluefaced Leicester lambswool fleece with plenty of lovely curls! This fleece is my personal favourite, perfect for people with sensitive skin, be it for nuno felting, needle felting, wild dolls hair, handspinning, sewing or embellishing, it can be used for a wide range of woolly projects. :o) The fleeces can be found in my etsy store.
I am currently sorting a new award winning Wensleydale fleece in natural black, a stunning fleece indeed. When you get a raw black fleece you never know if it remains black once it has been washed, or if it will turn dark grey, dark brown, or, god forbid, even light grey….I have seen it all before…. No, this baby has remained very black with some silver streaks in it and beautiful light brown tips. Just what I wanted, yay! The first 10 bags are already displayed on etsy . There are long locks of up to 7 inches in length, and a shorter version of around 4-5 inches:
